This portfolio can help policymakers at the state and local levels identify, fund, and implement evidence-informed programs that address the current substance use epidemic. The Center of Excellence supports efforts to prevent and combat substance use and addiction through strategic planning, technical assistance, policy analysis, workforce development, and program monitoring and evaluation.
