The Center of Excellence for Children’s Behavioral Health’s workforce development team builds capacity and knowledge throughout the behavioral health system.
As part of behavioral health workforce development, the center provides training, technical assistance, curriculum development, programmatic implementation support, and programmatic evaluation for local and state partners to further the goal of achieving a sustainable system of care. Evidence-based methods inform curriculum design and training techniques, while also maintaining a focus on long-term sustainability and efficacy.
